My Perfect Excercise Routine

Start with this... 30 minutes x 5 days a week. A good sweat workout.
Arms & chest... 20 minutes x 3 days a week
Do these when I'm running short on time to do weights
Abs and legs... 10 minutes x 3 days a week
30 minutes when I want to stir things up, definately on weekends. This one kicks my derriere.
