Do any of you have a friendship that is so rare and so true to the core of your being, that no matter what your pain or your heart break is at any moment... they will show up and be there for you? I have this friend, and it is an amazing feeling to know that whatever flaws are exposed, or whatever your most intimate problem of the week is, they will listen. I feel so lucky to have this person in my life. I can cry, I can reveal my deepest heart pain, I can complain about the same ol' same ol' and this kind of rare friend will show up. Even if they have dinner cooking and people on their way over. This friend is so humble and empathetic they make it seem effortless as if "of course" they would do this for you, they appear to do it with so much ease. I want to thank this special friend who I love dearly for building me back up to be the strong person I know that I am. You keep me believing in myself. This is the part I have to become stronger in, and I think... my sweet friend knows this.
